It is not possible. The actual payment amount for each item (after discounts) is indicated on the invoice at the time of shipment, and the shipment is declared and sent accordingly. Once the package arrives at customs, any invoice showing a lower amount than the originally declared value will not be accepted, and modifications are not allowed.
