For orders shipped to France, a Small Parcel Tax (TPC) will be applied per ordered item category in addition to VAT.
This policy applies to orders cleared through French customs on or after March 1, 2026, and the Small Parcel Tax (TPC) will be charged to the recipient together with VAT according to the criteria below.
Products are classified based on French customs standards, and €2 will be charged per classified category (HS Code).
If free gifts are included in the order, they may also be subject to additional charges depending on their category classification.
※ What is an HS Code (Harmonized System Code)?
It is an internationally standardized system used to classify traded products.
Example 1)
If you order 5 items and they are classified under 1 category:
€2 × 1 category = Total €2 will be charged as Small Parcel Tax (TPC).
Example 2)
If you order 5 items and they are classified under 5 different categories:
€2 × 5 categories = Total €10 will be charged as Small Parcel Tax (TPC).

- The exact amount charged will be finally determined at the time of customs clearance in France and may vary depending on customs classification.
- For shipments to France, the following charges may be assessed by local customs and billed to the recipient via the courier:
1) Import VAT
2) Local courier handling fee
3) Small Parcel Tax (TPC)
The recipient is required to pay the assessed amount in order to receive the shipment. OLIVE YOUNG Global is unable to cover these charges on the recipient’s behalf.
