Will taxes and customs duties apply when ordering to Europe?

Please note that additional charges may occur upon delivery, and these costs are the customer’s responsibility.



For Europe, there is no VAT exemption threshold, so taxes may be charged during delivery. In addition, customs duties of EUR 3 may be charged for each applicable HS code, depending on how the products are classified.

When declaring to customs, the value of free gifts, amounts paid with points, and shipping fees may also be included.

In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees.

(Please note, even if you received free shipping, actual shipping fees are incurred during delivery and may be included in the declaration.)

**In addition to VAT, Customs Clearance Fees may be charged depending on the local shipping company.

**Countries (France, in particular) will be charged with not only import tax but also import VAT.



**Please note that for Italy, a 22% VAT and a customs handling fee of EUR 16 will be additionally charged and collected by DHL during the customs clearance process.





Any orders returned due to failing/refusing to pay customs clearance tax are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
