As previously announced, starting from May 29, 2026 at 17:00 (KST), OLIVE YOUNG US (for U.S. customers) and OLIVE YOUNG Global (for customers outside the U.S.) will operate separately.
Following this change, we have received various inquiries regarding account transfers and affiliate program operations.
To help prevent any confusion, we would like to provide guidance on account operation methods based on each influencer's country of residence and activity region.
Case 1. Residence: United States + Activity Region: United States
1) Since affiliate activities targeting the United States will no longer be available through OLIVE YOUNG Global,
we recommend consenting to the account transfer to OLIVE YOUNG US and requesting a refund of any remaining points by May 20 (KST)

2) You may continue using the transferred account on OLIVE YOUNG US and join Rakuten Advertising US to continue affiliate commission activities.
Case 2. Residence: United States + Activity Region: Multiple Countries Including the United States
1) For activities targeting countries outside the United States, you may continue using your existing OLIVE YOUNG Global account as usual.
However, if you wish to target followers in the United States, you may create a new OLIVE YOUNG US account and join Rakuten Advertising US for commission-based affiliate activities.
2) New influencers who do not already have an OLIVE YOUNG Global account may separately sign up for both OLIVE YOUNG Global and OLIVE YOUNG US and participate in affiliate activities according to each platform's policies.

Case 3. Residence: Outside the United States + Activity Region: United States
1) As non-U.S. residents are unable to purchase products or receive shipments within the United States, product purchases and shipping to the U.S. will not be available. However, commission earnings through affiliate activities will still be possible.
2) Please join Rakuten Advertising US for more details regarding affiliate participation and commission policies.
