Please review the details below for your influencer activities, as specific operational procedures vary by country.
1. Temporary Suspension Period for Withdrawal Requests (All Countries)
Period: May 21 – May 31, 2026 (KST)
*Commissions requested by May 20 will be processed for payment sequentially within the month of June.
2. Commission Processing & Resumption Schedule by Country
1) Non-U.S. Regions
The withdrawal feature will reopen on June 1, 2026.
Requests will be processed and paid out sequentially.
2) United States
For influencers in the US, the following guidelines apply depending on your Account Switch status.
Case 1) If you have completed the Account Switch to OLIVE YOUNG US:
Unsettled rewards will be issued based on the following criteria:
20 Points or more: Payment via PayPal can be requested through Customer Service.
Under 20 Points: Points will be issued to your OLIVE YOUNG US account through Customer Service.
※ Previously held commissions cannot be requested through the system.
You need submit a separate request via Customer Service.
Case 2) If you have not yet completed the Account Switch:
You can continue to use the commission withdrawal feature in the same way as before.
This new system update is a necessary step toward providing better service, and we ask for your kind patience and cooperation.
