Due to Taiwan Customs regulations, all orders shipped to Taiwan must complete real-name authentication and mobile number registration through the EZ WAY app before customs clearance.
Please review the details below to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
*EZ WAY: The official customs authentication app designated by the Taiwan Customs Authority.
■EZ WAY Authentication Procedure
1. Install the EZ WAY app and complete membership registration and real-name authentication. (This is a one-time setup.)
▪ To ensure smooth customs clearance, please add [Power of Attorney] under the [Paper Power of Attorney] section located at the bottom left of the EZ WAY app during the initial authentication process.
2. When placing your order on OLIVE YOUNG Global, please enter the same name and mobile number registered in the EZ WAY app.
* If the information does not match, your shipment may be delayed or returned by customs.
3. After shipment, you will receive a notification from the EZ WAY app.
* Open the app and tap "Approve" to confirm customs clearance for that order. (This step is required for every shipment.)
▪ In the EZ WAY app, go to the top right :톱니바퀴: [Member Profile Maintenance], select [Do not consent to join Pre-Authorization], and then complete the real-name verification for this shipment under [Customs Real-Name Authorization].
■Important Notes
*After shipment, you may receive a message from the customs office or the delivery company. Please follow the instructions provided through the EZ WAY app.
*If real-name authentication is not completed via EZ WAY, customs clearance cannot proceed. In case of prolonged delays, storage fees will be charged after 16 days, and parcels may be discarded after 36 days in accordance with customs policy.
