The criteria for upgrading to various levels of the OLIVE MEMBERS program based on your purchase performance are as follows:
BABY Olive: Automatically upon joining.
PINK Olive: Total purchase amount is less than $120.
GREEN Olive: Total purchase amount exceeds $120 but is $180 or less.
BLACK Olive: Total purchase amount exceeds $180 but is less than $300.
GLOD Olive: Total purchase amount exceeds $300.
※ Your level will be upgraded for the next season if your total purchase amount meets the required threshold during either of the two periods: January–June or July–December. However, if a single transaction meets the required amount for a higher level, your level will be upgraded immediately.
※ Important: Only the actual amount paid will be counted toward your level upgrade. Amounts paid using points, as well as canceled/refunded amounts, shipping fees, and taxes, are excluded from the total purchase calculation.
