Please note that returns or refunds cannot be provided on the grounds that customs duties, VAT, or other import charges have been assessed.
Even if you refuse delivery and the shipment is returned, the products may have already been opened, inspected by customs authorities, or damaged during international transit. As a result, the products may no longer retain their original commercial value. Therefore, returns based on customs duties, VAT, or other import-related charges are not eligible for refund.
Please also note that any customs duties, VAT, or other import-related charges are determined and collected by the local customs authority or carrier. Since these charges are not collected by OLIVE YOUNG, we regret that we are unable to refund them.
