EZ WAY is the official customs clearance verification app designated by the Taiwan Customs Administration. All recipients of overseas orders shipped to Taiwan are required to complete real-name authentication and mobile number registration through the EZ WAY app. This process is mandated by Taiwan Customs to verify the recipient's identity and facilitate smooth customs clearance. You can complete the EZ WAY verification process by following the steps below: ■ EZ WAY Real-Name Authentication Process 1. Install the EZ WAY app, sign up, and complete the real-name authentication (one-time setup). ▪ To ensure smooth customs clearance, please add [Power of Attorney] under the [Paper Power of Attorney] section located at the bottom left of the EZ WAY app during the initial authentication process. 2. Enter the same name and mobile number registered in the EZ WAY app when placing your order on OLIVE YOUNG Global. If your order details do not match the information registered in the app, customs clearance may be delayed or your parcel may be returned. 3. After your order has been shipped, approve customs clearance in the EZ WAY app (required for each order).
