To check your order status, you can access it through the link below or via the menus on your PC or mobile.

PC: My Account > Track Orders
Mobile: Bottom Menu (My) > Track Orders
On the Track Orders page, you can click the [Track package] button for each order to go to the shipping tracking page, where you can check the location of your item using the Tracking Number.
※ Please note that tracking is available only for DHL, FedEx, UPS and LxPantos shipments. For EMS, you can check the item’s location by searching the Tracking Number on the following page:
