At OLIVE YOUNG Global, we do not recommend using initials for the recipient's name when placing an order.
When using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, EMS, LxPantos, or DHL, using initials may cause delays in delivery due to recipient verification issues. Additionally, customs authorities in your country may request further identification, such as a copy of your ID or passport.
Therefore, we strongly advise that both your account name and the recipient’s name entered during checkout be written in full (legal) name format.
Especially for regions where DHL is the shipping provider, please note that DHL uses a verification system called DPSS (Denied Parties Security Screening).
If the recipient’s information is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be returned according to DHL’s policy.
In such cases, reshipping or refunds will not be provided.
