Dear Customers,
Thank you for shopping with OLIVE YOUNG GLOBAL.
Please be advised that order dispatch and delivery schedules will be temporarily affected by Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving), a major public holiday in South Korea.
■ Orders placed by September 21 (Mon) KST→ Orders can be dispatched as normal.
■ Orders placed from September 22 (Tue) KST to September 25 (Fri) → Orders will be dispatched sequentially from September 27 (Sun), which may affect the overall delivery schedule.
■ Orders placed from September 26 (Sat) KST → Orders can be dispatched as normal.
Normally, it takes approximately 1 to 3 business days to dispatch an order after it is placed. However, during Korean public holidays, dispatch schedules may be affected as outlined above. If you have a specific delivery deadline, please allow sufficient time when placing your order.
Additionally, please note that local manufacturers and suppliers may also be affected by the holiday, which can impact product replenishment schedules. If an item's arrival at our fulfillment center is delayed, the dispatch of your entire order may take longer than expected.
Please keep in mind that dispatch time and delivery time are separate. Once your order has been dispatched, final delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and local carrier conditions.
If you have any concerns regarding the dispatch or delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Support Team.
We will be happy to check the status and assist you accordingly.
