If a product you purchased from OLIVE YOUNG Global is defective or if you receive a different product than the one you ordered, a return (refund) is only possible within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please submit an inquiry to the OLIVE YOUNG Global CS Center as soon as possible.
If the return is approved, any additional costs, including shipping fees, will be covered by OLIVE YOUNG Global.
