If your coupon isn't working, or you're unsure why it’s not applying, check the following:
There are three types of coupons available:
▶ Product Coupon – Can be applied to a specific item (*Some exclusions may apply; please refer to the detailed info).
▶ Purchase Coupon – Only one can be used per order. It provides a discount on the total product amount, either by a fixed amount or a percentage.
▶ Promo Code – Enter the code in the "Promo Code" field under the Promos & Offers section of the Cart.
※Purchase coupons and promo codes that offer a discount on the total purchase amount cannot be used together in a single order.
※Be sure to check each coupon’s maximum discount amount, validity period, applicable purchase quantity, and minimum purchase requirement.
*You can review the full details of your coupons under [My Account] > [Coupons].
If you have checked the above but are still unable to apply the coupon, please contact us via a 1:1 inquiry with the following information so we can assist you further:
-A screenshot or list of the items currently in your Cart
-The name of the coupon you are trying to apply or a screenshot of it
