In order to provide better services, we would like to inform you that our Membership Service Operation Policy will be revised in preparation for the launch of our U.S.-dedicated platform (OLIVE YOUNG US)

These changes will specifically affect the eligibility and service access for residents of the United States.

1. Article 1 (Objective) and Article 2 (Membership Eligibility)
- Transition of US-residing members to the US-exclusive membership program.
- Specification of eligibility conditions for enrollment and use of the existing OLIVE YOUNG Global Online Store(OLIVE YOUNG Global) membership.

2. Article 3 (Member Confirmation and Membership Policy Changes)
- Procedures for termination of OLIVE YOUNG Global account usage and transition to OLIVE YOUNG US for US-residing members.
- Separate guidance to be provided regarding the handling of remaining points for eligible members.

3. Article 6 (Earning and Redeeming Membership Points)
- Clarification that points earned in OLIVE YOUNG Global are valid only within the OLIVE YOUNG Global.
- Specification of conditions regarding point transfer to OLIVE YOUNG US and related usage restrictions.
