The manufacturing date (MFD) or expiration date (EXP) is usually printed on the back or bottom of the product packaging.
1) Manufacturing Date
Look for labels such as MFD, MFG, or simply M, which stand for “Manufactured”. The date following these labels typically indicates the year/month/day the product was made.
Example: MFD20240701 → This means the product was manufactured on July 1, 2024.
2) Expiration Date
Look for EXP, which stands for “Expiration”. The date that follows indicates the year/month/day until which the product is considered safe to use.
Example: EXP20270701 → This means the product expires on July 1, 2027.
