Can I exchange or return my item?

If the product purchased from OLIVE YOUNG Global is defective, you can return it (for a refund) within 30 days after receiving the package. If the product is damaged or if you received a different product, please immediately contact customer service to initiate the return (refund) process. Please note that exchanges are not possible, and we ask for your understanding.

※ Reasons for which returns are not allowed:



- If product was not purchased from OLIVE YOUNG Global

- If product is not satisfactory or for simple change of mind

- If order was made by mistake (ordering error)

- If return request is made after 30 days from the delivery date

- If product has been intentionally damaged

- If product has been used

- If return is requested to change the color or option



Additionally, OLIVE YOUNG Global does not currently offer a product exchange service.
