If you didn’t receive a discount coupon from the Referral Program, please check the following:
1) The invited customer placed an order, but the coupon wasn’t issued.
- Coupons are issued two weeks after the invited customer’s order status changes to [Delivered].
2) The invited customer’s order was delivered, but the coupon wasn’t issued.
- Coupons are issued only for the first order, so please confirm if it was their first order.
3) The invited customer’s details were entered, and the order was delivered, but the coupon wasn’t issued.
- Ensure the referrer’s details were correctly entered or that the invited customer registered via the referrer’s invitation link. If the referrer’s name was not entered during the order, the coupon will not be issued automatically, and it cannot be added or issued separately after order completion.
