Reward points are issued within 3-4 days after the delivery status is updated to "Delivered" in your account under Track Orders.
The points rewarded are based on your membership level and are a percentage of the actual purchase amount:

PINK OLIVE: 1.0% of the purchase amount
GREEN OLIVE: 1.5% of the purchase amount
BLACK OLIVE: 2.0% of the purchase amount
GOLD OLIVE: 2.5% of the purchase amount
