[Notice] Amendment of Terms & Conditions - Effective May 26, 2026(KST)

In order to provide better services, we would like to inform you that our Terms & Conditions will be revised in preparation for the launch of the U.S.-dedicated platform (OLIVE YOUNG US)

Please review the following changes to ensure your continued use of our services is seamless.

1. Article 5 (Provision and Withdrawal of Services) and Article 6 (Establishment of Contract of Use)

- Account transition to US service: An option will be provided for customers residing in the United States to convert their OLIVE YOUNG Global Online Store(OLIVE YOUNG GLOBAL) accounts into OLIVE YOUNG US accounts.
- Contract Termination: Upon account conversion, your existing service agreement with OLIVE YOUNG GLOBAL will be terminated. To continue using the services, you will be required to provide consent to the new terms provided by OLIVE YOUNG US.
- Review Policy: Please note that once the transfer is complete, you will no longer be able to write reviews for products previously ordered through the OLIVE YOUNG GLOBAL

2. Article 14 (Intellectual Property Rights)

- Notice regarding the granting of licenses and transfer of rights to third parties or affiliates for product reviews and user-generated postings.

3. Article 23 (Operation of Reward Points and Other Systems)

- Notice regarding possible restriction, transfer, or expiration of points and coupons upon conversion to a OLIVE YOUNG US account.
