Please follow the steps below to delete your account:
1. Check any remaining reward points and coupons.
- Once your account is deactivated, these will no longer be available and cannot be restored.
2. Ensure there are no ongoing e-commerce transactions (such as payments, deliveries, exchanges, or returns).
- If your account is closed while a transaction is in progress, it may not be completed. You will also lose access to your order history.
3. Confirm that all 1:1 inquiries have been resolved.
- Account deactivation is only possible once all inquiries are closed.
4. Proceed to deactivate your account using the steps below:
[PC] My Account > My Profile > Deactivate Account > Enter Password > Deactivate
[Mobile] My Account > Deactivate Account > Enter Password > Deactivate
Once you click the [Deactivate Account] button, all data, reward points, and membership services will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please review all of the above carefully before proceeding.
If you are unable to delete your account due to ongoing deliveries or open inquiries, please contact us using one of the methods below:
