In line with this launch, our current affiliate program for US residents will be terminated and transitioned to a new system.
We kindly request current US-based affiliates to join the new Rakuten US Affiliate Program.
Upon registration, you can continue to promote OLIVE YOUNG and earn commissions through the new platform.
■ Effective Date of Change : May 29, 2026 (KST)
■ Settlement of Existing Commissions : You may request a payout for your current commission balance until May 20, 2026 (KST).
- Application Period: April 23, 2026 – May 20, 2026 (KST)
- Minimum Payout Amount: No limit (Requests under $20 are accepted)
- How to Request a Payout:
1) Log in to the Affiliate page and access your Affiliate Dashboard.
2) Agree to the Terms via pop-up screen
3) Navigate to the [Payouts] tab.
4) Verify your PayPal account information and complete the Payout Request.
※ Please Note:
- Once the payout request and payment are processed, your existing affiliate account will be automatically closed.
- Payments will be processed sequentially by mid-June 2026.
- Please ensure your PayPal information is accurate, as incorrect details may lead to payment failure.
- Any transaction fees incurred during the PayPal process are the responsibility of the user.
■ Unclaimed Commissions After the Deadline
- If you do not request a payout by May 20, 2026, any remaining commissions after the transition to OLIVE YOUNG US must be claimed separately via Customer Service.
- Unclaimed rewards will be processed based on the following criteria:
→ 20 Points or More : You may request a PayPal payout through Customer Service.
→ Less than 20 Points : You may request an issuance of points through Customer Service.
※ Please Note:
- Upon program transition, any remaining balance will be subject to a new validity period of two (2) years from the date of transition, regardless of when the reward balance was originally earned.
If converted to Reward Points, the points will follow the OLIVE YOUNG US Rewards policy and will be valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance. All issued points will expire after this period.
- Note: OY US Reward issued points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
